To meet a range of market demands, our aluminum spacers are available in a variety of dimensions for insulating glass production.

Suitable for both cut-and-plug applications with plastic corner connectors and machine bending with metallic straight connectors, our aluminum spacers offer adaptability and flexibility.

Our aluminum spacers feature thicknesses ranging from 0.18 mm for enhanced thermal conductivity and cost efficiency to 0.33 mm for superior bendability and strength.

Available in different sizes, with a nominal width of 4 mm to 40 mm, our aluminum spacers come in a standard length of 5 meters, with other lengths available upon request.

Furthermore, we can produce colored spacers in a range of colors using powder coating technology, upon request.
