The aluminum spacer bar is used in double glazing units as supportive component. More specific, the spacer bar is the thin aluminum frame which separates the two or three glass panes to improve insulation from heat and sound transmission.
As per different function of bars, spacer bars can be divided into two types: bendable and standard(unbendable) .
Bendable Aluminum Spacer bar
Bendable window spacer bar is back welded and automated manufactured with its mechanical features . Alloy material and special temper ensure the corner are smooth and well formed. Usually, high purity aluminum is applied as raw material to ensure product's quality.
Standard Aluminum Spacer bar
